With Level 2 support, you'll have a team of at least three agents and a team lead, providing all the services included in Level 1, with support available five days a week (Monday to Friday).
With Level 2 support, you'll receive a team of at least three agents and a team lead, along with all the services provided in Level 1.
Any queries that Level 1 can not handle, as they require more technical knowledge, will be handled by Level 2.
